This one is made in Northwest England an boasts quite a sophisticated circuit. It’s gain characteristic is quite different from the Freekish Blues Alpha Drive or the Providence Stampede SOV-2, perhaps rather more British. It’s slightly brighter but still very sweet and pairs well with my British amps. I use it mainly on a lowish gain setting but it can give quite a lot of drive if required.
