Again, I wasn’t looking for another amp but a but like my trusty 633 amps, these are used in the house band at a jam I attend regularly and players of all levels always sound good through them.
It’s a two channel, thirty watt 1 x 12 combo with simple controls and great clean and drive sounds. It’s not a backbreaker as it has a Neodymium Celestion Century speaker, which I understand are discontinued and in great demand for their efficiency (102dB) and tone.
And it absolutely loves Firebirds…
I wasn’t crazy about the purple, so I got going with the gold Tolex and matt black grillcloth again. A black fascia panel is on its way too…
