Midi switcher with eight loops to switch in my various rackmount preamps and effects.
It’s the companion unit to the Ground Control and still pretty much an industry standard after almost two decades in production. This one’s the earlier DMC-branded version, latterly superseded by the identical Voodoolab-branded version.
It was originally eight mono loops, but has recently been considerably enhanced by the conversion of one of its pcb’s to give four stereo loops. Makers Voodoolab keep this upgrade option pretty quiet for some unfathomable reason, but it really opens the device up as I previously had to use up two loops for each stereo device.
